When will my pass be shipped?

• We ship out within 2-5 days after receiving the order.

What if a business closes?

• Unfortunately, if a business closes during your passport duration, we cannot offer refunds.

When does the pass expire?

• Each pass has a different expiration day. The date will be listed on the pass.

I typed in the wrong address, what do I do?

• Please email info@thegotowinstonsalem.com,  if you do not end up receiving the pass, you will have to pay $10 for a new one to cover the extra printing + shipping costs

I lost my pass? What do I do?

• Unfortunately, we can’t replace any lost or stolen passports

Can I have a refund if I decide I no longer want the pass?

• Unfortunately, all passes are final sale so please make sure to read all the details
